We were influenced by Gone Girl. In this title sequence the sound /audio is mostly silent, however the music that is used sinks really well with the genre and we can hear the voice over in the begging , and it comes across as quite eerie and dark, like I said it matches with the thriller genre. As we was highly influenced by Gone Girl, we wanted to create a similar sound effect with out title sequence. Therefore, we decided we are going to have a voice over for our title sequence as well.
